LegalNavigator.ai Terms of Service

1. Service Use & Agreement

• Services are provided for business use only.

• By ordering services, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to enter into this Agreement.

  • You accept all terms outlined herein.

• If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Orders & Terms

• Services are ordered online via LegalNavigator.ai.

• Orders are effective once submitted and accepted.

• Agreement renews monthly unless canceled with 30-day notice.

3. Billing & Payment

• All services are billed in advance via credit card.

• Charges begin upon order and recur monthly until canceled.

• Additional fees apply for overages, extra services, or taxes and will be added the the follow month's payment.

• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

• Disputes must be submitted within 10 days of invoice.

4. Service Setup, Access & Use

• You are responsible for providing reliable internet, power, and telephony hardware.

• Use must comply with our Terms of Use.

• You may not resell or misuse the services.

• Law Leaders may suspend service if misuse or fraud is suspected.

• Base AI Agent SMS responses require disclosure of Law Leaders & the firm name to be TCPA compliant. Law Leaders has already received this compliance. In order for Law Leaders to be removed from your agent disclosure messages, you must add the client-specific SMS texting option (OPTIONAL ADD ON) at checkout and wait up to 14 days for the application process to be completed and approved for your account.

5. Termination

• Either party may terminate for material breach with 20 days’ notice and opportunity to cure.

• Customer must pay all amounts due through termination date unless terminated for Law Leaders’ breach.

6. Intellectual Property

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use LegalNavigator.ai during your subscription.

• You may not reverse-engineer, sublicense, or replicate the software.

• All service content, software, and branding remain the sole property of Law Leaders.

7. AI Usage & Machine Learning

• LegalNavigator.ai uses machine learning to enhance services.

• By using our services, you grant Law Leaders the right to use AI inputs to train and improve the system.

• Outputs from the AI should be reviewed and verified as needed; Law Leaders is not liable for AI-generated decisions. Legal Navigator is designed to provide general information and to help qualify and help facilitate connections with specific attorneys only and should not be construed to be providing formal legal advice, nor the formation of an attorney-client relationship. Every case is unique, and our AI Agents are designed to encourage people to consult with an experienced attorney regarding the details of their case and to seek legal advice.

8. Privacy & Data Security

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• Law Leaders takes reasonable security precautions but is not responsible for unauthorized access due to customer negligence.

• Software updates may be pushed to your system automatically.

9. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and secure for at least two (2) years after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Law Leaders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Direct liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 3 months.

• These limitations survive termination.

11. Indemnification

• Customer agrees to indemnify Law Leaders from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of services

  • Breaches of this Agreement

  • Violations of law (e.g., TCPA)

• Law Leaders will notify you of any such claims.

12. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

• Law Leaders disclaims responsibility for third-party software or service failures.

13. Dispute Resolution

• Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.

• If unresolved, disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Arizona, unless seeking equitable relief.

14. General Terms

• This is a business relationship; nothing herein creates an employment or agency agreement.

• You may not assign this Agreement without written consent.

• Notices are sent to your email or account address.

• Neither party is liable for delays due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes).

• U.S. law applies; services are for U.S. users only.

• Law Leaders may amend this Agreement with 30 days’ notice.

• This document constitutes the entire agreement.

 

Definitions

• Account – Your subscription record with Law Leaders

• Confidential Information – Any non-public business, customer, or technical data

• Customer Content – Communications or data submitted through the platform

• Force Majeure – Unforeseeable events outside our control

• IP Rights – Legal rights to software, content, branding, and proprietary tech

• Order – The official service request placed by Customer
