1.) Qualification
Once your LegalNavigator.ai agent qualifies a potential client, it asks if they’re ready to sign your retainer agreement immediately.
2.) Instant Document Delivery
If the client agrees, your AI agent sends a text message with a secure link to your personalized retainer document. The AI agent guides the client to click the link and sign electronically on their mobile device.
3.) Real-Time Notifications
After the client completes and submits the signed retainer, you receive an instant notification via email and/or text with the signed agreement and full case details collected by your AI agent.
4.) Countersigning
After you review the case and choose to accept it, you can then digitally countersign the retainer on your computer or phone.
