We recently conducted a national audit of law firm responsiveness…and the results were staggering.


Over the past four weeks, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. local time, we placed 1,200 calls to small and mid-sized law firms across the U.S., using local caller ID numbers and their publicly listed phone lines.
